In January 2008 I participated in a creative chair design exhibition, 'Legs', organised by Julie Wilkinson and Joyanne Horscroft.
'59 Sticks and 1 Ball of String'
My chair was made during a day in the woods. The only materials used are sticks and string. I wanted my chair to be organic, and an object which can be made on the spot.
I also created a poster to promote the event. Continuing the 'woods' theme, I sprayed the exhibition logo and details onto a tree using washable spray. No trees were damaged in the making of this poster!
